Tables

Nonmagnetic groups

(1) List of Bravais classes and superspace groups (pdf files)

(2) Description of each Bravais class and each superspace group (zip file containing text files)

(3) Data file (zip file containing text file which can be read by a computer program such as the Fortran 90 program read_ssg_datafile.f)

Magnetic groups

(1) List of magnetic superspace groups (pdf file)

(2) Data file (zip file containing text file which can be read by a computer program such as the Fortran 90 program read_ssg_datafile.f)

Note that truncated UNI symbols are used for the basic magnetic space groups. See the help file in ISO-MAG for more information.

Detailed information

(1) Choose group from list (nonmagnetic groups only)

(2) Enter superspace group number:
magnetic
show Wyckoff positions
Show Fourier coefficients for displacive and/or magnetic and/or occupational modulations
For additional options, see ISOSPACEGROUP.

Note that complete numbers can be replaced by the wildcard character (*).
Incomplete entries imply that all following numbers are replaced by *.

Finder tool

FINDSSG: enter centering translations and operators in any setting.

Transformation tool

TRANSFORMSSG: transform superspace group to an arbitrary setting.
